METROWALK Shopping Centre is one of the first development projects in Taiwan to apply the industrial and commercial complex zone regulations and convert industrial zone land into commercial facility land through the urban planning detailed planning process. METROWALK Shopping Centre is located in Zhongli City, Taoyuan County, adjacent to the Qingpu High-Speed Rail Station. It was originally a factory of Dajiang Textile. The first phase of the shopping mall covers an area of 5 hectares, of which 30% is used as park green space, 28% is used for public facilities, road parking, and 42% is used for commercial facilities, approximately 21,000 square meters, 6,300 square meters. The planning content includes a shopping mall with five floors above ground and two floors underground, with a total of 28,000 square feet of stores.
